Tom Ramsey
Director
Mr. Ramsey has 17 years experience in the investment banking and advisory fields. He has worked in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital aggregation, management consulting and transitional advisory services. His background includes transactions and advisory engagements in following industries; insurance, reinsurance, financial services, heavy and light manufacturing, tobacco, gaming, new technology, real estate and consumer products. He has worked with domestic and international companies both privately held and publicly traded. Prior to joining Carriage Hill, he was Managing Director and Principal of Godwin Capital, Managing Director of Kottler Capital, Managing Director of Private Transactions at Nihonbashi Partners and a Founder and Principal of Ramsey, LaRue, Decell.
Mr. Ramsey has served on the boards of directors of several corporations (domestic and international) and charitable organizations. Mr. Ramsey holds a BA in Communications from the University of Southern Mississippi and is an active member of several civic and community organizations.
