Michael Hunter
Senior Vice President
Mr. Hunter has diverse business experience spanning over twenty-five years. He has negotiated multi-million dollar acquisitions/dispositions/partnerships, controlled asset management and intricate budgets, orchestrated government entitlement processes and directed scores of consultants and professionals.
Mr. Hunter served as senior executive and principal for a number of private companies: Prior to joining Carriage Hill, he served as Vice President of The Lewis Operating Corporation in California, where he led the real estate acquisition-and-development process for high-end, mixed-use developments of regional impact. Earlier in his career he served as Director of Development & Marketing for Legendary, a resort developer based in Destin, FL, a joint-venture partner with Olson Associates; and founder of the Development Corporation of Destin, a mixed-use real estate development consulting firm. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations for Toastmaster's International. Mr. Hunter graduated Summa cum Laude in business from Springfield College.
