David B. McDonagh
Senior Advisor
David B. McDonagh has over thirty years of experience in virtually all areas of business. He has provided business leadership and development while holding CFO, Corporate Counsel and Vice President positions with several organizations including Motion Control Components Incorporated, a leading supplier of high tech automation products and engineering services to the automotive and discrete manufacturing industry, and Nationwide Business Centers a supplier of credit and check processing to middle size companies located in Ohio, Michigan and Florida. He has also worked in various executive level positions for Pacific rim companies doing business in North America. Mr. McDonagh has acted as corporate counsel and as a tactical business and financial specialists in helping businesses grow and prosper. He has worked with companies in North America and Internationally in areas of financial, legal and strategic planning as well as total quality management and cycle time reduction. He sits on several Boards of Directors and has been involved with automotive and high tech industries throughout his career.
Mr. McDonagh holds a BS degree from the University of Toledo, with major in Business Administration and a minor concentration in Finance. His MBA in Marketing and JD in law are both from the University of Toledo as well. He also has taken graduate studies in Organizational Development at Bowling Green State University.
