Charles Compo
Managing Director
Mr. Compo has thirty years of diverse business experience. He has acted as both a principal and adviser on numerous transactions involving debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and restructurings in the healthcare, packaging, building products, logistics, entertainment, and electronics industries. Prior to the formation of Carriage Hill he was a founding partner of Iridium Partners, a merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on private, middle market companies and Managing Director of First Capital Group, an investment banking firm that specialized in providing advisory services to micro-cap companies. He was also affiliated with two intermediary firms, Haley Capital and Acquisition Associates, where he assisted entrepreneurs and former top executives in their acquisitions of private companies. Mr. Compo has been on the board of a number of companies including Alfa Medical, a leading supplier specialty medical equipment and Color Me Beautiful, a specialty designer of branded cosmetics.
Earlier in his career Loeb, Rhodes, Hornblower & Company employed him in various operational capacities on the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. He has completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and has earned an Executive Certificate in Innovation and Strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Mr. Compo is a published composer and is the Honorary Chairman of the NRCC advisory council on small business.
